Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
- Customer record information such as mailing address, permanent address, nominee data, and booking details.
- Financial record information such as receipts, payment schedules, balances, and customer requests.
- Authentication data such as phone number and OTP requests used for account sign in.
How we use information
- To authenticate customers and protect access to their Royal Swiss account.
- To display account, property, installment, and receipt information already stored in the customer portal.
- To receive and manage customer support or purchase requests submitted through the app.
- To send OTP verification messages by SMS or email using the existing backend communication providers.
Sharing and service providers
Royal Swiss does not use advertising SDKs in the mobile app. Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, and SMS service providers that support authentication and customer communications on Royal Swiss's behalf.
Security
- Production mobile traffic is intended to use HTTPS.
- The mobile app stores the session token using the device secure storage facility.
- The app does not request device permissions for contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
Data retention and deletion
Customer data is retained for as long as the customer maintains an active account with Royal Swiss. Customers may request account deletion by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your choices
Customers can contact Royal Swiss to request account support, updates, data export, or account deletion. Customers may also use the in-app support request flow for service-related issues.
